MeetingVault — Bulk Export for Read AI
Overview
Export all your Read AI meetings at once: transcripts, summaries, and action items as Markdown, CSV, or JSON.
Read AI lets you download one meeting report at a time. After months of calls, that means a lot of manual work and if the subscription ends, older meetings can become hard to reach. MeetingVault adds a one-click way to pull your meeting archive onto your computer. WHAT YOU GET • Full transcripts with speaker names and timestamps • Meeting summaries • Chapter summaries • Action items (with owners) • Key questions and topics • A CSV index of every meeting HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to app.read.ai as usual 2. Open the MeetingVault extension 3. Choose Export all meetings Files save to your Downloads folder as Markdown and CSV. Nothing is uploaded elsewhere — data goes from your Read AI session straight to your machine. FREE VERSION Your 10 most recent meetings, full detail, as many times as you like. FULL VERSION — $29 ONE TIME No meeting limit. Pay once. No subscription. COMMON USES • Keep a local copy before you cancel or change plans • Move notes into Notion, Obsidian, or another knowledge base • Record-keeping and compliance • Use transcripts with your own tools PRIVACY MeetingVault runs in your browser. It uses your existing login to read meetings from Read AI’s API and writes files to Downloads. No analytics, no tracking, no extra servers.
