MeetingScribe adds a "Take Notes" button to your Google Calendar and Outlook Web calendar events. Click it to open a rich-text note editor pre-filled with meeting details (title, date, attendees, organizer, conferencing link). Features: • Works with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Web • Saves notes as Word documents (.docx) to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox • Connect multiple accounts per provider • Routing rules auto-save notes to the right folder based on meeting title • Tiptap rich-text editor with bold, italic, headings, lists, code blocks, links, and image paste • Auto-save drafts every 30 seconds • Meeting reminders with one-click note-taking • Collaborative: multiple attendees can save to the same shared folder • Calendar event attachments are downloaded and saved alongside notes • Customizable notes template and uploadable .docx document templates • No backend server — all data flows directly between your browser and your cloud storage Supports: Google Calendar, Outlook Web (outlook.office.com, outlook.cloud.microsoft), Google Drive, OneDrive (including SharePoint shared drives), Dropbox.
