Overview

Shows the dollar cost of every meeting on Google Calendar. Know your meeting tax.

That quick 30-minute sync with 8 people costs 400 dollars. Meeting Tax shows you the dollar cost of every meeting on your Google Calendar. Cost Badges appear on every calendar event showing its dollar cost, color-coded green for low cost, yellow for medium, and red for expensive. Weekly Meeting Tax widget shows your total meeting cost this week, hours in meetings, and focus time remaining. Monthly Dashboard shows total monthly meeting cost, average per meeting, your most expensive recurring meeting, and cost trends over time. Focus Time Tracker highlights meeting-free blocks and shows exactly how many hours of deep work you have this week. Fun Comparisons make the invisible visible, like This month meetings cost more than 47 Netflix subscriptions. Custom Rates let you set your default hourly rate and override for specific attendees. How it works: install the extension, set your hourly rate, open Google Calendar, and see the cost of every meeting instantly. All calculations happen locally. We never access your Google account or read your calendar API. Privacy first.
