Meeting Scribe turns your Microsoft Teams meetings into searchable transcripts and clear AI summaries — without a bot joining the call, without admin approval, and without uploading your meeting history anywhere. HOW IT WORKS • Join a meeting in Teams Web, click the icon, press Start Recording. Live captions are switched on and read directly from the page — nothing is recorded from your microphone. • Using Teams Desktop? Audio mode transcribes the meeting audio instead. • When the meeting ends, the transcript is cleaned up by AI (recognition errors, punctuation, broken sentences) and summarized into Decisions, Action Items, Key Points and Open Questions. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • Transcripts and summaries are stored only in your browser. There is no cloud archive and no account required. • AI processing is done through our service on a monthly free quota; you can also plug in your own OpenAI-compatible API key so nothing passes through us at all.
