Records meeting audio (tab + mic) from Zoom, Meet, or Teams and sends it to your backend for AI transcription and notes.

Meeting Notes Agent records your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meeting — both the other participants' audio and your own microphone — and automatically transcribes and summarizes it into structured notes emailed straight to your inbox after the call ends. How it works: Click "Start Recording" from the extension popup before or during your meeting. Click "Stop Recording" when the meeting ends. Your notes arrive by email a few minutes later — no manual note-taking required. This is an internal tool built for Horizon Path Group team members. It requires a backend account and login token issued by an HPG administrator — it will not work without one.
