Protect your calendar from overbooking by co-workers by setting a daily meeting budget.

Many executives have assistants that help manage their calendar to ensure important meetings can be booked while ensuring that the executive still has time to get other work done. Meeting Budget Manager lets you leave your Google Calendar open for your co-workers to schedule meetings at a time that works for both of you, but when the total number of hours of meetings scheduled during a day reaches your predefined daily meeting limit, this extension will fill your remaining work hours with Focus Time events to ensure you still have time to get your regular work accomplished.
