Meeting Bot Sender for Bluedot

Unofficial helper that sends your Bluedot meeting bot to the current Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call in one click.

Meeting Bot Sender for Bluedot sends your Bluedot meeting bot to the Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams call you are in, with one click. This is an unofficial extension. It is not made or endorsed by Bluedot. You need your own Bluedot account. HOW IT WORKS • Click the extension icon on a meeting tab and the bot is sent right away. The bot asks to join in 10–60 seconds. If the meeting has a waiting room, admit it. • The extension window lists the meetings found in your open tabs. Pick one, or paste a link or a whole invitation text. • Press Alt+Shift+B to send the bot to the meeting in the current tab. • Right-click a meeting link in Google Calendar, Gmail or Outlook and choose "Send the Bluedot bot to this meeting". Google redirect links and Outlook SafeLinks are unwrapped automatically. The bot joins the call as a separate participant, so the recording does not depend on which microphone or headphones your computer uses. DETAILS • Uses your existing Bluedot sign-in in this Chrome profile and the workspace selected in the Bluedot web app. The extension stores no passwords or tokens. • Links are normalized, so one meeting opened from different links is treated as one meeting. • Zoom links need the meeting password (?pwd=…). Zoom personal links (zoom.us/my/name) are resolved automatically. The Zoom host token is never sent. • Sending a second bot to the same meeting within 12 hours needs an explicit confirmation. • Interface in English and Russian. PRIVACY The extension has no server of its own and collects nothing. A meeting link is sent only to Bluedot, and only when you send the bot
