When the meeting ends, your summary, decisions, and action items are ready in seconds — and the action items are one click from becoming tracked tasks. FROM NOTES TO DONE (Pro — sign in with Google, free) • Convert to tasks — every action item and follow-up becomes an editable checklist; tick the real ones, nothing is created until you confirm. • A board for every meeting — To do, In progress, Waiting, Done, across all your rooms, with priority and a "My tasks" filter. • Due dates read from what was said — "next Friday" or "Jumat depan" becomes a real date, resolved against the day of the meeting. If someone just said "secepatnya", you see that phrase instead of an invented date. • One reminder a day — if anything is due or overdue, one notification tells you how many, never what they say. • A calendar that carries all of it — meetings you planned, sessions MeetGrab captured, and every task on the day it's due, with anything late pinned to the top. Signing in is only how you unlock the Pro board and calendar, and it's free. • Your tasks stay yours — they hold summary-derived text, so they're treated like the summaries they came from: local to your browser, never sent to our servers, and never named in a notification. • No customer list — by default there's no account or email, so we genuinely don't know who uses MeetGrab. Signing in for Pro tells us only a name and an email; it never links your account to your meetings. We count anonymous installs to know it works; that number can't be tied to you or your meetings.
