MeetBurn — Meeting Cost Meter
Overview
See the live cost of every meeting per participant, pulled from your company's salaries — then send a receipt when it ends.
eetBurn shows the real-time cost of your meetings — and sends a receipt when they end. Every meeting has a price tag: the combined salary of everyone in the room, ticking away minute by minute. MeetBurn puts that number on your screen so "quick syncs" stay quick and recurring meetings get the scrutiny they deserve. How it works Sign in with your MeetBurn company account (create one free at meetburn.ai). Join any meeting on Google Meet, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom (web). A draggable cost meter appears and counts up live, using your company's average fully-loaded salary rate × the number of people in the call. Headcount is detected automatically on Google Meet, with one-tap manual adjustment everywhere else. When the meeting ends, click "Send receipt" to email a clean cost summary — and log it to your company's meeting history. Why teams use it Awareness changes behavior — a visible cost meter makes meetings shorter, tighter, and fewer. No personal salaries required: the cost is based on one company-wide average rate set by your admin. Individual pay is never shown to regular users. Managers get a running record of what meetings actually cost, so the expensive recurring ones become easy to spot and trim.
