It would be nice to have a setting whether only to download the current viewed image or all the images in the post. Also an option to set the file extension. By default it saves as .jpg_orig and due to that "_orig" the images show no thumbnail in explorer at all.

good good, very good, nothing compares to hitomi downloader but for downloading 1 image at a time, this is perfect

Very good, although the inability to disable "history" feature isn't good for privacy.
