I have a licence and it's not working anymore. it says i need to open the label (even though it's already opened), then stays on loading forever

not working as it should

As i wrote in my email to you, the app isn't working as it should, only extracting a small number (32) of contacts from the hundreds in the chats. I've since found another way of extracting them all, and am disappointed in your app. It was 25 dollars not well spent. I would like a refund.
