Ruby IRB interactive shell built with Native Client

Ruby interactive shell (IRB) built using Native Client. This is proof of concept of Ruby running in Native Client. It is based on Ruby 2.0.0. The source code for this package and for the Native Client port of python is available as part of the naclports project: https://code.google.com/p/naclports/source/browse/trunk/src/libraries/ruby/ and: https://code.google.com/p/naclports/source/browse/trunk/src/examples/tools/ruby_ppapi/ Caveats: This build is using newlib and therefore does not support DSOs. The newlib build doesn't yet support readline.
