I have been using this tool with applicants in Lever. I find it very useful for summarizing applicant information in an easily digestible way. It does not replace a real human looking at applicants, it helps bring the most relevant resumes to the top of the funnel. It's most helpful for me for roles that have 100+ applicants in sorting through those applicants that are not related to the job description. This extension is very handy for sorting through candidates. I like that I can customize my search terms to help narrow things down quickly. I also like the "star" feature for candidates that I want to come back and review a bit more thoroughly.
