MD to HTML
Overview
Convert Markdown to HTML locally
MD to HTML converts Markdown to HTML in the extension popup. Conversion runs on your device. It does not open markdowntohtml.com or send Source to a server. Type or paste Markdown on the left. The right side shows a live Preview or the Raw HTML fragment. Copy writes that fragment to the clipboard. KEY FEATURES • Side-by-side Source and Result in a Notion-like popup. • Live Conversion as you type, including fenced-code highlighting. • Preview of the rendered HTML, or Raw source you can read and copy. • Copy HTML copies the fragment only — not a full HTML document wrapper. • Paste replaces Source with clipboard text. • Source is saved locally so it is still there the next time you open the popup. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the MD to HTML icon. 2. Write or paste Markdown on the left. 3. Check Preview, or switch to Raw to see the HTML. 4. Click Copy HTML and paste the fragment where you need it. PRIVACY Conversion is local. The extension does not collect accounts, browsing history, or ads. It uses storage to remember Source, and reads the clipboard only when you click Paste.
