Overview
Productivity tools for Salesforce Marketing Cloud admins and marketers
MC Lens, A productivity toolkit for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tired of clicking through endless SFMC menus just to find a Data Extension, check a subscriber, or figure out why an automation failed? MC Lens adds a layer of powerful tools directly inside your Marketing Cloud interface, no API credentials, no setup, no developer skills required. It works with your existing SFMC session so you can get to work immediately. What you get: Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+K) - Instantly search across all your Data Extensions, Journeys, Automations, and Lists with fuzzy matching. Pin bookmarks, copy keys and IDs with one click, view DE field schemas inline, check row counts, and see folder paths, all without leaving the page. Subscriber Lookup (Ctrl+Shift+L) - Pull up any subscriber's full profile by email or subscriber key. See list memberships, recent sends, bounces, and clicks in one view with a timeline of activity. Bounce details include type classification (Hard, Soft, Block), you can diagnose issues fast. Error Log (Ctrl+Shift+E) - A single dashboard for bounces, delivery failures, job failures, triggered send errors, and import errors. Summary cards give you the big picture; filter tabs and date grouping let you drill into specifics. No more hunting across five different screens. Send Performance Dashboard - A sortable table of your recent sends with delivery rate, open rate, click rate, bounces, and unsubscribes. Color-coded metrics highlight what needs attention. Click any send to drill into per-link click stats. Export everything to CSV. Automation Health Monitor - See every automation's status at a glance: healthy, running, paused, errored, or inactive. Expand any automation to view its last 15 runs with timestamps, durations, and error messages. Turn on desktop notifications to get alerted the moment an automation enters an error state, even when you're working in another tab. Engagement Hub - Track unsubscribes, spam complaints, forwards, and forward opt-ins across your business unit. Date range filters (7/14/30 days) and color-coded event badges help you spot trends in subscriber behavior. Dependency Mapper - See which SQL queries read from or write to a Data Extension, and which automations contain those queries. Useful for impact analysis before modifying or deleting shared assets. Floating Toolbar - A persistent toolbar gives you one-click access to every tool, always visible while you work in SFMC. Why install MC Lens? It's built for the people who live inside Marketing Cloud every day - admins, email marketers, and campaign managers who need answers fast without switching between screens or waiting on developers. Everything runs locally in your browser using your existing session. Your data stays between you and Salesforce; MC Lens doesn't collect, store, or transmit anything externally. MC Lens is not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc.
