Overview

Enter a property address and see its flood, groundwater and water-scarcity risk. Quick summary here, full report in the web app.

The risk IQ every listing is missing. A home is the biggest purchase most people ever make, yet flood exposure, groundwater problems and water scarcity never appear on a listing. TerrisIQ gives you a fast read on that hidden risk for any address you enter. How it works 1. Click the TerrisIQ icon. 2. Start typing a property address, area or landmark and pick your exact location from the suggestions. 3. See a quick risk summary: Flooding, Groundwater, Water scarcity, and an overall rating. 4. Open "See the Full Risk Report" to get the complete analysis in the TerrisIQ web app, loaded to the exact property you just checked. What you get - An overall risk verdict (Very low to Very high). - Three dimensions in plain language: Flooding, Groundwater, Water scarcity. - A one-click path to the full report and map in the TerrisIQ web app. Covered cities Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad. (Chennai's flood layer is built on a validated municipal survey.) Private by design TerrisIQ only uses the address you type, and only when you run a check. It does not read the web page you're viewing, does not run on any website, and uses no account, cookies, tracking, or analytics. Built on an open methodology Scores come from open government and OpenStreetMap data (municipal flood maps, CPCB pollution, CGWB groundwater, SRTM terrain). It is a screening tool, not a substitute for a site survey.
