expiry time of the aws session via seance

Hi,

it looks like the cookie time from seance, isn't working correctly?

when it evalcookies and reads the seance cookie it doesn't seem to work.

it seems the it never reaches the condition where t> Date.now() - without that it cant set the expiry time?

any suggestions why this might not have the exp value.
