mazemaze is a language-learning extension that swaps part of the sentences on the page you are reading into another language, so you can keep reading with the two languages mixed. Choose the page language and the language you want to learn among Japanese, English, Korean, and Traditional Chinese. The page language is detected automatically. Because the surrounding sentences give you context, you can guess the meaning without a dictionary. Adjust how much gets swapped with a slider (10-80%). - One click swaps randomly selected sentences into the language you are learning - Click a swapped sentence to see the original (click again to switch back) - "Undo" fully restores the page - Choose from 3 looks for swapped sentences (highlight / underline only / blend in) - Light and dark mode support - The popup follows your Chrome display language (Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional and Simplified Chinese) - Translation happens entirely on your computer with Chrome's built-in AI; the page content is never sent to the internet. No account or setup needed - Code blocks and input fields are automatically skipped Requires Chrome 138 or later on Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS (Chrome's built-in Translator API is not available on Linux Chrome).
