Turn your reading into reusable litigation work-product. May or Shall is a self-hosted workspace for litigation matters: every highlight becomes a typed, source-linked "card" (a fact, a date, an admission, a case-law proposition…) that later assembles your chronology, written statement, briefs and compilations. This extension brings that capture step to the whole web. HOW IT WORKS • Select text on any page — a judgment on Indian Kanoon, a news report, an order on a court website. • A small popover appears: pick the card type (Fact, Date, Issue, Admission, Evidence, Case law, Argument, Question), optionally add a note. • The selection is saved to your chosen matter with the page's URL and title as its source citation. Dates are auto-detected for Date cards. • The toolbar popup also takes rough free-text notes, switches the active matter, and creates new matters on the spot. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS The extension talks only to the May or Shall server you configure — typically running on your own machine or your firm's network. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party; no analytics, no tracking. See the privacy policy. REQUIREMENTS This is a companion to the open-source May or Shall app, which you run yourself (instructions at https://github.com/daddu-boy/may-or-shall). In the extension's options, set your app's URL, paste an API token from the app's Settings page, and pick a matter. Read once, use everywhere.
