MaxIQ is your AI meeting notetaker for Google Meet. It records your calls, transcribes them in real time, and generates summaries, key points, and action items — so you never have to take notes manually again. WHY MAXIQ • AI Meeting Notes — Automatic transcripts, summaries, and key takeaways for every call. • Real-Time Capture — Records and transcribes your Google Meet tab as the meeting happens. • Synced to MaxIQ — Recordings, transcripts, and insights flow straight into your MaxIQ account to review anytime. • You're in Control — The extension only runs when you start it, and only on your own meetings. KEY BENEFITS • Stay present in the conversation instead of typing notes. • Never miss a decision, follow-up, or action item. • Review meetings in minutes with AI summaries instead of rewatching recordings. • Keep your whole team aligned with a shared record of every call. WHO IT'S FOR • Sales teams — Capture every prospect call and surface next steps. • Customer Success — Keep a clear record of customer conversations and commitments. • RevOps & Internal teams — Get visibility into meetings without manual note-taking. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install the extension and sign in to your MaxIQ account. 2. Join a Google Meet call and start recording from the extension. 3. MaxIQ records and transcribes the meeting live. 4. Get your summary, key points, and insights in your MaxIQ account after the call. PRIVACY MaxIQ only uses meeting data to provide its core features and does not use it for advertising or unrelated purposes. You control when the extension is active and what data is accessed. Data access and retention follow standard security and privacy practices. Learn more at https://www.getmaxiq.com
