Maximizes all windows in browser. (Manifest V3) This extension is in beta/test version. Certain extension functionality was lost during Google's update to Manifest V3. More requested features are to come; hopefully, soon. My browser doesn't maximize new windows when they're created. This extension works around that issue. It's more useful than you would believe.

It shouldn't maximize popups of other extensions such as this one of Tabs Outliner: chrome-extension://eggkanocgddhmamlbiijnphhppkpkmkl/activesessionview.html
