Brings your MaxContact tab to the front when you’re in Not Ready or Wrapping, so you don’t miss incoming calls.

Ensures you never miss an inbound call while working in other browser tabs or applications. When you’re in a Not Ready or Wrapping state and a call is being presented, this extension automatically brings your MaxContact tab to the front and focuses the Chrome window. It works when your MaxContact dashboard is configured to trigger the alert. Built specifically for MaxContact agents, this tool improves responsiveness and reduces the risk of missed calls in busy working environments.
