I use it for rendering inline MathJax in Markdown and it works very well. Nothing negative to report here.

It has solved plenty of problems, thx! It would be better if it can support more complex maths.

Fail to render correctly when the equation has two underlines. (https://github.com/orsharir/github-mathjax/issues/11)

This plugin works perfect. There is one annoyance is that it will try to render whatever displayed on your page as long as they match with LaTex somehow. In other words, if you browse a code page and it contains $a$, this plugin will try to render it as well.
