Good browser tab contrast

Nice for dark theme Brave browser.

So much better than default dark mode. i can actually tell the difference between tabs.

Better active tab contrast than the built in Brave "Dark" theme. Good balance of shades that makes for a UI chrome that's easy on the eyes. Nicely done.
