Based on: Material Incognito Dark Theme by Fiddle N - Background tabs' colors are now the same as the frame's - Inactive window title bar color tweaked, now it's more clear if your window is in the foreground or not // updated: Google logo color on the new tab page is now white.

the bottom bar with the downloaded files is white, as well as the font, please fix it

Works great with Materia KDE theme from https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/materia-kde maybe the inactive tabs blend to much with the background though.
