Stay signed in the way you already are. • Hover any post, Reel, Story, or Highlight for a one-click download. • On a profile, open the panel to back up the entire account: posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, Highlights. • Choose the whole profile, a hand-picked set, a range, or a date window. • Download New on that same profile later — only what is new. • Download by link: paste URLs or upload a TXT or CSV list. • Naming and folders: username, publish date, caption, shortcode, slide number. • JPEG publish-date metadata on photos. • History grouped by Instagram account, • Export CSV and all files to Google Drive. • Restore Download New after a reinstall so the baseline stays with you.
