Button to download disappeared

It was working before but now the button is no longer there. The extension is enabled but I can't download anything.

Not working

I was using this extension without any issues, but at some point, a message saying 'something went wrong' started appearing, and downloads are no longer progressing.
What should I do?

File extension bug + folders

Hi, great extension, it's very helpful stuff.

I ran into a bit of a hiccup where the zip file didn't get properly named because one of the users had a dot in their username (e.g. "john.doe") and the file essentially became a ".doe" file. I added ".zip" to the end and it worked, but it did confuse me for a little bit.

Also, would it be possible to add an option to toggle if we want the files separated into folders by user? I was hoping this option would already be there when this feature was added, as I'm not particularly interested in having them all separated into different folders. It's a bit of a hassle to reorganize them after downloading.

reels download

hi, can you add option do download reels, cuz it only can download posts but there are not all reels, or atleast add option to select all at once, you can only do it if select one by one and its anoying, thx

Hashtagged Content

Hi there

Does your tool allow me to search for a hashtag and then mass download all the Instagram content that uses that hashtag?

I work for a marketing agency where we run campaigns with a specific hashtag for each campaign

At the end of each campaign, for obvious reasons, we need to download and look through all the content posted by people on Instagram which uses the campaign hashtag. (I'm not talking about content posted by us).

4kStogram used to be perfect for this

Folder within Zip

You responded to my review telling me how to get it to create a folder inside the zip, but that did not work for me at all. I would like for it to have a folder inside the zip file for posts and stories as it used to.

Stall at 4%

I have been downloading for a while and it has been working well. But at one point, it would just stall for a bit at 4% and say "something went wrong". I have been downloading by sequence. I found that it only works if i download selected posts. Downloads by timeframe don't work either.

Hi! I sent an email with the subject REPLY, PLEASE! Instagram Video and Image Downloader. Could you please reply? I'm unable to download all reels from any profile. For example, if a profile has 986 reels, when using the Download by sequence option, the extension only downloads about 360 reels. I have to use the Download selected posts option and select them one by one to download all the reels from the profile. With this option, I can download 100 reels at a time, but it suddenly stops working after three rounds. Could you help me resolve these issues? Your extension is very useful for my work. I look forward to your response by email, please!
