Overview

Switch Chrome's server-facing and per-tab JavaScript User-Agent with practical device presets.

Masquerade is a local-only Chrome extension for testing how websites respond to different browser identities. Choose practical desktop, mobile, tablet, crawler, or custom User-Agent presets. Network Override changes the User-Agent and best-effort Client Hints sent with HTTP(S) requests. Full Tab Spoof independently changes navigator.userAgent for the selected tab. The extension does not read page content or browsing history, inspect cookies, or send data to a remote service. Reload the target tab after changing a mode. Screen size, fonts, IP address, TLS behavior, and other fingerprinting signals are not changed.
