Masav is an ACH, allowing clients to digitally sign and then upload files to the Masav site. This site also has a link to our usage terms and privacy policy - https://masav.co.il/useterms. Some additional information about MASAV: MASAV (Bank Clearing Center) was established in 1982. It is owned by the five largest banks of Israel and provides services to all the banks and their business clientele. MASAV is a Deferred Net Settlement (DNS) system and sends its results to settlement in the RTGS system which is owned by the Central Bank Of Israel. Masav’s site gives the banks clientele the ability to upload files. For the user to digitally sign these files we use the chrome extension to communicate with a secure token to sign these files. This site uses this extension above 10 years .
