MarkSight renders markdown files beautifully when you open them in Chrome. WHAT IT DOES: • Formats .md files with proper headings, tables, code blocks, and lists • Adds a Table of Contents sidebar for navigation • Highlights code syntax in programming languages • Split-pane editor with live preview EXPORT: • PDF — one-click download • Word (.doc) — formatted document with bold, tables, headings • HTML — standalone file with styles OTHER: • Dark mode with saved preference • In-page search with highlighting • Keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+E, Ctrl+S, Ctrl+F, Ctrl+P) HOW TO USE: 1. Install the extension 2. Click the extension icon and choose "Open Demo Document" to see it in action 3. To use with local files: enable "Allow access to file URLs" in extension settings, then open any .md file PRIVACY: • No data collection • No network requests • Works completely offline
