Marketplace Inbox Assistant
Overview
Triage your Facebook Marketplace messages, see what needs you, and reply with Claude from your own knowledge base.
Selling on Facebook Marketplace means answering the same questions over and over, and losing the messages that actually need you. This extension reads your Marketplace inbox and sorts it: which conversations need a decision from you, which ones it can answer, which are waiting on the buyer, and which are finished. You write a short knowledge base once - where you are, pickup times, payment, prices, what's included - and Claude answers from that, in the buyer's own language, never inventing a detail you didn't give it. - See at a glance what needs you and why - Replies drafted from your own facts, ready to send or edited first - Answer a missing fact once and it's saved for every future conversation - Reads your listing photos, so a price list in an image can be quoted exactly - Imports your listings, and can push price, condition and description changes back - Nudges buyers who have gone quiet, at most once each - Optional automatic sending, with quiet hours, rate limits and a monthly budget - Costs are shown per day, per month and per reply You bring your own Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic directly. Everything - your key, your knowledge base, your conversations - stays in your browser. The developer receives nothing.
