Preview Markdown from the current tab, pasted text, or local .md files.

Markdown Viewer CX turns raw .md and .markdown files into clean browser pages automatically. Open a Markdown URL and the extension replaces the plain text document with a rendered preview. Code blocks, links, lists, blockquotes, and tables stay readable, and embedded HTML is sanitized before display. The extension also includes a popup viewer for pasted Markdown, imported local .md files, and active-tab Markdown content.
