Markdown New Tab

a simply page which is good reduce distraction and also the instant editing the page with markdown format is the biggest attraction point.

This started using 25-90 % of cpu?? what's going on? is it a virus or crypto miner? worked nicely before and awesome

My favourite extension

This is one of the best uses of a new tab that there is. I have it installed on all my system's browsers. There are things I do every day, and for those, special links on Markdown New Tab is so much more efficient than hunting through bookmarks. If you think you might need this, you totally do.

Whatever you type syncs across devices instantly. Few other new tab note taking apps I tried can't do that. Design is also very minimalist. The animation also therapeutic to type with..

Now I can make use of my not-so-useful blank tab :P

Cannot save what you saved. Constantly lost data.

Unfortunately this extension is cpu intensive. It shouldn't require so much power.

Great extension. Doesn't ask for more permissions than it needs. Works with a bit of HTML as well as Markdown .Which means you can essentially create a new tab page of customized links, so it's not just for notes. Example: #### <center><a href="https://google.com/" target="_blank">Google</a></center> Will open Google in a new tab.

Why few comments? so nice it really help with my producivity
