A simple utility that allows you to copy text as a markdown hyperlinked to the source using the hotkeys Shift⇧ + Command⌘ + Period.
You may want to install this simple extension if you are frequently switching between tabs to copy the text, and THEN going back to copy the URL of the page as well. This extension provides you with two hotkeys that allow you to copy already-linked text with one action, making this process faster and a bit less awkward. This extension can: 1. Copy text hyperlinked with its current URL 2. Copy text as a markdown link Hyperlinked Text Copying Use the hotkey SHIFT + COMMAND + COMMA (",") You should see a green banner in the top right of your browser showing success (or a red one if there was a problem) Markdown Text Copying Use the hotkey SHIFT + COMMAND + PERIOD (".")
