Mark of the Wild
Overview
Stamp a shared prefix onto Steam nicknames so your Rust pack shows up together in turret and TC search.
Mark of the Wild puts the same short prefix on Steam nicknames so your Rust clan can type that mark into turret or tool-cupboard search and see everyone at once. How to use 1. Sign in to steamcommunity.com in Chrome. 2. Click the Mark of the Wild toolbar icon and create a list. 3. Choose a prefix (default ~~~, or shuffle a new one). 4. Add players: paste SteamIDs / profile links, or hover a friend on Steam Community and click the mark. 5. Click Mark. Steam nicknames update with your prefix. 6. In Rust, search the prefix. Clear — removes the Steam nickname, keeps the player on your list. Remove — removes the nickname and drops the player from the list (works even if they unfriended you). The small popup is the daily roster. The expand button opens the full page for long lists, import/export, and settings. Lists stay in this Chrome profile only. The extension talks to Steam Community in your signed-in session. It does not send your roster to us. Not affiliated with Valve, Steam, Facepunch.
