Maris PDF Accessibility Planner
Overview
Find public PDFs, identify detectable accessibility barriers, and organize practical remediation work locally in Chrome.
Maris helps web and accessibility teams turn a public website's PDF backlog into a practical remediation queue. Enter a public website or section URL and Maris discovers same-origin PDFs, analyzes machine-readable PDF structure locally in Chrome, and organizes documents by the work they are most likely to need: Convert PDF: HTML or web form Remediate PDF directly Fix at Source and re-export Needs Manual Review, organized by document type Keep / Archive Each PDF includes supporting evidence and seven accessibility finding categories. Reviewers can also provide two facts that software usually cannot know: whether the content must remain a PDF and whether an editable source file is available. Maris then updates the recommendation. Maris is designed for triage and planning. It does not certify WCAG, PDF/UA, Section 508, ADA, or legal conformance, and it does not replace manual accessibility testing or specialist review.
