Marchito — your feed wilts as you watch it
Overview
Short content (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) visually decays as you scroll. It counts what you consume and gives you an honest receipt.
Marchito doesn't block your feed. It lets it rot. Short-form video is built to be endless. Marchito makes it FEEL that way — on purpose. The moment you start scrolling Shorts, Reels or a For You page, the picture slowly withers: it blurs, drains of color, yellows and darkens from the edges inward, like a flower left too long in a vase. The longer you scroll, the deader it looks. Stop, and it comes back to life. It isn't a blocker. It's a mirror. You can always keep watching — but now you can SEE the time leaking out of you. WHAT IT DOES • Wilts the feed as you scroll — a visual decay that grows the longer you stay. • Counts what you actually watch — by clips, not vague minutes. • Honest captions — quiet, one-line reminders that surface mid-scroll. • Trigger journal — one tap to note WHY you opened it (boredom, anxiety, avoidance, reflex). Self-knowledge, not surveillance. • A weekly receipt — turns your scrolling into a real price: time spent, unread audiobooks, dopamine hits, memories saved. • Optional hard block — a clean exit wall for the days you want one. You decide which sites it runs on and how aggressive it gets. Works on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your device. No account, no tracking, no servers — your data never leaves your browser. Available in 14 languages. Stop scrolling on autopilot. Let it wilt
