ManhattanSCIWM2153DLookup
Overview
Lookup missing 3D indicator data from a custom SCI Report.
Automates 3D-Product Lookups in ACS Checkpoint Automatically open your custom SCI report in a background tab so coordinators never have to manually scan each container into SCI. Features • Automatically opens the SCI report in a hidden tab • Listens for the page’s ToContentScript → fetchOrdersReceived event (every 5 seconds) • Filters for cartons that still have is3D == null and containerTypeID === 1 • Sends those barcodes to the SCI report and retrieves the “is 3D” result • Posts results back to the ACS Checkpoint API, populating the new IS_3D column • Updates the UI with: – ⌛ hourglass for pending lookups – 𝟛Ď badge for confirmed 3D cartons – no icon for standard cartons Why It Matters Coordinators at Hallmark’s Liberty Distribution Center currently juggle two UIs and perform repetitive manual scans. This extension hooks into the existing polling/event system, automates SCI lookups in a hidden tab, and writes results back to the database—so you can focus on routing cartons instead of scanning barcodes. Key Benefits • Eliminates repetitive barcode scanning • Integrates seamlessly with your existing ACS Checkpoint polling and SCI report • Speeds up carton processing on the conveyor • Reduces manual errors in 3D-product grouping Notes • Private internal use at Hallmark’s Liberty Distribution Center—not publicly available Contact the developer to add your host to the approved list Powered by Hallmark Cards™ Developers
