A extension to count unread series in MangaUpdates and sorts them accordingly

This extension enhances the use of MangaUpdates. It adds a few sorting options to your reading list, highlights some Unread Chapter numbers and replaces the Welcome title with statistics about your reading list.

I've been using it for a while, but I noticed that I hadn't come back here to review it. It's a very good extension, but it's not very well known, which is an injustice. For maniacs like me who like to keep track of how their favorite manga is going, this extension is essential. I recommend it!
