Keep the useful parts of a ChatGPT conversation in a PDF you can save, search and revisit. Chat to PDF adds export controls to ChatGPT in Chrome. Save the messages currently loaded in your conversation, export ChatGPT responses only, or choose individual messages to include. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Export all loaded messages, ChatGPT responses only, or a selection. • Keep headings, lists, code blocks and tables in a formatted document. • Include supported formulas from the conversation. • Include supported PNG/JPEG images that the browser can read. Unavailable images are replaced with a placeholder. • Choose A4, A3, A5, Letter, Legal or Tabloid paper, portrait or landscape orientation, and page margins. • Download the finished PDF to your device and keep your PDF preferences for next time. FREE LAUNCH EDITION No separate Chat to PDF account, subscription or payment is required. The free service allows up to 10 exports per day and 100 per month, shared by users on the same network. Limits reset on the UTC calendar; the extension shows the reset time in your local time when a limit is reached. You may need your own ChatGPT account to access a conversation on ChatGPT. HOW YOUR CONTENT IS PROCESSED PDFs are generated on our server, so an internet connection is required. When you request an export, the selected messages, document title and PDF settings are sent to our PDF service over HTTPS. The first export shows a notice and asks you to acknowledge this processing. You can cancel or remember your choice. Conversation content and generated PDFs are not saved as application records. The service keeps a keyed, hashed network identifier and usage counters to enforce free limits. Our hosting provider processes network information needed to deliver and secure the service. The extension does not send your ChatGPT password, session cookies or API credentials. Read the linked privacy policy for details. BEFORE YOU EXPORT Only messages currently loaded on the page are included. Earlier messages that ChatGPT has not loaded are not fetched automatically. For a long conversation, load and check the messages you need, or export a smaller selection. Some images and complex layouts may not reproduce exactly.
