Securely syncs your MMDSP Portal with MMDSP Agent - auto-updates dispatch, compliance, reporting & performance data.

The MMD Agent Extension works exclusively with Google Chrome. For the Agent to function properly, you must have both Manage My DSP (MMD) and the Logistics Portal open within the same Chrome window. Initial Setup — One Time Only After installing the Agent Extension, you will need to visit the main sections of the Logistics Portal one time, including: * Performance Dashboard * Quality Dashboard * Safety Dashboard * Schedule * Other relevant DSP portal pages This allows the MMD Agent to learn where the information is located and establish the necessary channels to securely sync your data. Daily Dispatch — Automatic Report Sync From Daily Dispatch, you can now automatically sync the daily Amazon reports that previously had to be manually downloaded and uploaded into MMD. Simply use the Agent sync feature and MMD will retrieve the available data directly from APIs in your Logistics Portal. Automatic Route Sync Your Amazon routes can also be automatically synced into MMD. Important: Any routes identified as DSP-Initiated Work Blocks will automatically be added to MMD as unpaid routes. Amazon Schedule Sync If your DSP uses Amazon Schedule, the Agent can automatically synchronize your Amazon schedule with the MMD Schedule. This means you only need to make your scheduling changes in Amazon. The Agent will sync those changes into MMD automatically. If Amazon contains a shift that does not currently exist in MMD, the system will automatically create the corresponding shift in MMD for you. The goal is simple: less uploading, less duplicate data entry, and more automation between Amazon and Manage My DSP.
