Quick tagging, templates and automation for ServiceNow, plus Stock Audit and Tech Primary & Backfills tools. Beta build.

Make It Easy adds small time savers to ServiceNow and two tools for stockroom teams. For ticket handling: - Ticket templates in 9 languages, filled in with the caller, ticket number and short description. - Teams message helper: click the Teams button next to Caller, pick the language, check the text and open the chat. - Quick tagging, screenshot paste, SLA alerts, state guard, CI finder and related tickets for the caller. For stockroom teams: - Stock Audit: start and end the quarterly audit per stockroom, see the difference between start and end, and export an Excel file per stockroom. - Stockrooms overview and an audit summary you can export as PDF, PowerPoint or video. - Tech Primary & Backfills: engineers per region, group and site, with roles, last login, an action list and a summary. Every module can be switched on or off on the settings page. The extension only runs on your organisation's ServiceNow pages and uses your own sign-in. It has no server of its own and sends no data to the developer. This is a beta build for invited testers.
