Open links in the browser sidebar for fast, instant preview.
Instant Preview lets you open and preview any link directly in a **sidebar** (Chrome side panel). No more switching tabs—just hover, click, and see the content. Perfect for research, reading articles, or checking references. ## How to Use Instant Preview 1. **📋 Context Menu Click** – Right-click a link and click the "Instant Preview" option to open it in the sidebar (side panel). 2. **⏱️ Long Click + 👆 Hover** – Click and hold a link to open the sidebar, then hover over links to show previews in the sidebar. 3. **🖱️ Popover Click** – Click the small button that appears when hovering over a link to open the link in the sidebar. 4. **⏱️ Long Click** – Click and hold on any link to open its preview in the sidebar. 5. **👆 Hover** – Move your mouse over any link to show the link's website in the sidebar / side panel. Note: Before using Hover, you need to open the sidebar by clicking the extension icon, due to Chrome Extension API limitations. 6. **❌ Close the panel** – Click the close button or use the context menu to hide the **sidebar panel**. ## How to Configure Instant Preview 1. **⚙️ Choose your trigger (select only one)** – In the extension settings, pick **one** of the following triggers: - 📋 Context Menu Click - ⏱️ Long Click + 👆 Hover - 🖱️ Popover Click - ⏱️ Long Click - 👆 Hover 2. **💾 Save your settings** – Click **Save** to apply your chosen trigger.
