Overview
The Default Chrome theme, but it doesn't change tab color when the window is unfocused.
This is useful if your monitor displays the default unfocused background (`#e8eaed`) as almost identical to the default active background (`#ffffff`), but you want to be able to see which tab is active without focusing the window.
