Removes the Main Menu for Duelingbook

Duelingbook is an online Yu-Gi-Oh! simulator, which is used by thousand of players on a daily basis. However, one infamous section is located in the Main Menu, where status updates can affect negatively the experience of the players. This section works like a social media feed, but the posts are impossible to moderate right away, and may end up harming players or spreading inappropriate content. This extension removes that section by overwriting the HTML code, replacing it with a grid that contains all the options from the left side scroll bar, blocking the feed from on the client side. This way, the experience remains the same, but the messages that may affect the morale or the mental health of players are blocked.
