MailVault PDF Archive helps you create local PDF archives from Gmail using saved Gmail search queries. Connect your Google account, define repeatable archive jobs, and save one PDF per matching email to your computer. Key features: - Connects to Gmail with read-only access - Uses Gmail search syntax to target specific messages - Saves one local PDF per email - Includes sender, recipients, subject, date, message ID, readable body text, and inline images - Optional remote image loading, off by default - Saved archive jobs with local run history - Local-first: email contents are processed in the extension and PDFs are saved to your device - Paid plans unlock higher run limits and more saved jobs MailVault PDF does not send email contents to MailVault servers. The backend is used for billing and entitlement only. This is not an official Google or Gmail product.
