So you want to know if they opened up your email with your contract, Invoice or any other serious consideration attached? This program will tell you the very minute they do. However you also have to allow google to monitor "User activity For example: network monitoring, clicks, mouse position, scroll, or keystroke logging" Seems a bit much to me.
