mailtrack advanced is not working stopping me from sending emails full stop.

i keep getting this message 'You have reached a limit for sending mail. Your message was not sent.' and blocks me for 24 hours. i cant even email mailtrack support from the paid for account. Ihave tried emailing from another gmail account and mailtrack there says they have read my email but dont respond,

some days i dont even send any emails and when i do its way less than 50 !

Also when i click on mail track i get some ancient basic screen.

ive tried sending the same email from a basic gmail account and it goes straight through so it is clearly only the paid for account that is having issues.

can any one provide a support contact number or email address that responds please as its imperitive i know who has received the emails hence me purchasing the advanced package.

Tracking not working on both my laptop PC + Android phone

Greetings,

My Mail was being tracked on my PC when I first purchased the service several months ago. But as of a week ago, it is no longer being tracked and I do not know why. I have performed multiple troubleshooting tasks--many of which you have advised--but I cannot successfully get my mail to resume tracking.

I noticed the trouble when I sent an email on Dec. 2 via my Android phone--a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. I thought perhaps the mail-tracking simply does not function on my phone. It has never worked on my phone, but I had never tried to install it before today. But my efforts to install it on my phone have been unsuccessful, and now the tracking seems to not be working on my laptop PC, as well.

Please help me solve this problem for my laptop PC and for my phone. I want to be able to track 100% of my email all the time.

אין לי מחשב אני פותח כל פעם את המייל ממחשב אחר וכל פעם כתוב שהאפליקציה מותקנת אבל הוא לא מופיע לי במייל אני צריך כל פעם לעשות הסרת אפליקציה ואז להוסיף אותו בחזרה ככה כל יום מחדש

Cannot Send Emails

I can no longer send emails from the browser when this is on. I can still send from my phone. Is there a known issue?
I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and reinstalling and it still doesnt send.

This is not working on our Gmail

We have added this as an extension but when we are trying to enable this to our Gmail, it does not allow us.
There is a popup window that says:

This site can’t be reached
