Download all attachments from Outlook at once: every file from a folder, a search or your whole mailbox, in one go. Outlook on the web has no way to save the files from many emails together. On its own you open each email and fetch them one by one. Mailora does the whole list for you: payslips, purchase orders, contracts, invoices and photos, from one sender, a date range or any search. Open the Mailora side panel, press Save, and every file is filed by month. Works with work, school and Outlook.com accounts. HOW IT WORKS 1. Search Outlook. Narrow the list with Outlook's own search, for example: from:bank.com for everything from your bank received:09/01/2026..09/30/2026 for a date range 2. Press Save. Mailora opens each listed email once and uses Outlook's own Download option for every file. 3. Grab a coffee. A clean progress screen covers Outlook while it works. TWO WAYS TO RUN • Quick Save: no sign-in at all. Uses the Outlook on the web tab you already have open, and saves the emails in the folder or search you're viewing. • Turbo: sign in with Microsoft once (read-only access to your mail). Reaches any folder or the whole mailbox, with filters by sender, subject, file type, size and date, and is fast because it doesn't open each email.
