Mailmole
Overview
Spark notes for long Gmail and Outlook threads: what matters, what's asked of you, every ID checked, and reply drafts.
47 replies deep? Mailmole gets to the bottom of it. Mailmole is a side panel for Gmail and Outlook on the web. Press Summarize and get spark notes for the email or thread you have open: • What matters, with each point tied to the message it came from • What's asked of you, with deadlines • Action items you can tick off • Key facts like case, ticket and order numbers, each checked against the email text. Anything not found is flagged. • "Read 12 of 12 messages", so you know the whole thread was read Then reply in seconds: • Tap a reply idea, or say what you want ("Say yes, Thursday at 2 works") • Pick a tone, including Support update for customer cases • Mailmole drafts a human-sounding reply you can edit, insert or copy. It never sends anything for you. Never forget to close a case (Casemole): • Track cases from any summary, or tap Find cases to spot case numbers in the inbox rows on your screen • See who owes a reply, get a weekday-morning roundup and due reminders • Close it in your ticket tool, then confirm. Nothing leaves the list until it's really closed. • Notemole: quick notes next to your mail. Cases and notes stay in your browser. Built for support and technical folks: • Copy as ticket note: IDs first, then the asks and next steps • Saved answers: tick your canned replies or policy snippets for a draft • About me and writing samples, so drafts sound like you • Short or Detailed summaries • Summarize and Draft buttons right inside Gmail and Outlook Private by design: • Mailmole reads only the email you have open, and only when you press a button • Your email goes to Anthropic's Claude to write the summary or draft. Mailmole doesn't store it. • No ads, no selling data, no AI training on your email Plans: Free includes 10 summaries and replies a month. Pro is $15/month ($144/year) for 150. Power is $29/month for 400. Sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email. No password. Privacy policy: https://mailmole.app/privacy/
